Went down to the Jetty's yestersay in Matagorda, the water was really rough and only one person was on the beach. (me) but not for long. We have some very nice river front properties that are priced right. Check them out. One can actually be purchased with 10% down and zero percent interest for a short term or low low interest for a longer term.
Cannot talk about it being dry anymore. Its wet, wet wet and cold here in Matagorda. Instead of shorts for Matagorda at this time of the year, it is time to actually break out the coats and for some to put on shoes and not go bare footed.
